Peter J. Ryan - M.S., F.O.T.

When I feel stuck or uncertain, or notice a pattern that is getting in the way of where I want to go, I know from experience there a number of things I can do. I can go back to what has helped in the past like consulting friends and mentors or certain books. I can ramp up practices like meditation, exercise, or journaling. But sometimes I need something else... a new perspective, a shift in how to approach my day, relationships, or work. This "knowing" points to some way forward. It is intuitive and very present, but at the same time I may not know exactly what it is or what it is pointing to.
Whether you sense this "knowing" in your closest relationships, your work, or somewhere else... if it seems clear that now is the time to try a new way of seeing or relating to a greater sense of possibility for your or your loved ones, I can help.
I have developed a sure sense of what skills and support my clients need to flourish in relationships, family, school, and work. They find me to be a helpful guide to developing their insights and rich inner resources. In addition to extensive clinical training, I have more than 20,000 hours of experience teaching and practicing mindfulness and meditation.
